Workmanship

Parameters:

• We stand behind our products, people, and, most of all, our clients. We will repair issues that arise as a result of faulty workmanship or labor on your installed products, provided that Crown Windows and Doors is notified of the issue during the warranty period.
• All items / products remain under the property of CROWN WINDOWS AND DOORS until account is paid in full
• The workmanship warranty period is 5 years, effective immediately from the date of installation.
• All windows and patio doors installed by CROWN WINDOWS AND DOORS are Energy Star® tested and qualified.
• All windows installed by CROWN WINDOWS AND DOORS are professionally installed according to manufacturer guidelines and standards, and carried under manufacturer’s lifetime warranty on vinyl, seal failure, parts, and is Non-pro-Rated transferable.
• All storm doors/porch enclosure installed by CROWN WINDOWS AND DOORS are professionally installed according to manufacturer guidelines and standards, and carried under manufacturer’s specified warranty.
• All garbage and debris from the project will be removed from the above project address after work is completed.
• Crown Windows and Doors reserves the right to perform preliminary inspection to determine the underlying causes / issues.

Exclusions:

• Normal expected wear and tear
• Broken glass or torn screens
• Improper maintenance, negligence and / or accidents
• Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (including but not limited to lightning strikes, storm, fire, flood, etc.)
• Intentional neglect, accidents or exposure to chemicals or pollutants.
• Unauthorized or abnormal use, repair, modification, or operation
• Issues beyond workmanship and products coverage
• Condensation not within the sealed unit but on the surface of the glass can be considered normal due to temperature changes and humidity levels within the home.
